We offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days of your order delivery date. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund. Personalized jewelry pieces and gifts are made especially for you, therefore, they may only be returned for exchanged or store credit. After 30 days, unfortunatley, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us. If you return your package back to our warehouse without contacting us first, you will be subject to a standard restocking fee of $7.00 USD.
Order Cancellations
Once an orders is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficieny of our staff and order process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience and once the item has been delivered you may then begin the return for refund process.
Incorrect Address
We are not liable for false/incorrect shipping information submitted.
If you made a mistake on your shipping address while placing your order please contact us at shipping@forinfinitygifts.com with the correct information within one hour of placing the order so we can correct the issue.
Unfortunately, once the order is fulfilled, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsiblity of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these charges differ based on Country laws and policies and we are not able to estimates the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fee and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
Refused Delivery
If the package delivery is refused and the package is sent back to our warehouse customers are subject to a standard restocking fee of $7.00 USD.
Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order with proof that the item is damaged, by either a picture or video. We will promptly reship the item to you free of charge, or refund you in full.
